Get Sketchy

I loved this week's Get Sketchy sketch. And I have been wanting to do something like a patchwork card with all the DP I had finally managed to collect.

First, I made this card:

It turned out to be something short of disastrous. It really got me upset :-( And to think of it, I had wasted some lovely Heidi Grace paper.

Then, I decided to give it one more try:

 Not bad... what say? :-) It took quite a while to get the cupcake in place though :-D.

Ingredients:
CS: Silver from DCWV, striped from Hobby Ideas, Worded paper and the paper used for the cupcake from Heidi Grace (Donna! what would I do without your papers ;-)), paper for scrunched circles from Hobby Ideas
Others: 3 D Glitter from Hobby Ideas, button and twine from stash
