Did I mention that the papers are mostly DCWV (Nana's Nursery and Mat Stack) and Hobby Ideas (last blue dots page). Corrugated sheets are from the local craft/stationery store.
I know I said I'd be absent for a while... but hey, a girl can craft when she is in a super duper mood ;-) And when there is a delicious challenge on 'for the first time ever' at the Indian Craft Room blog, who would want to miss it?
The challenge combines a color palette PLUS our interpretation of I-C-R! Here is the palette:
And here is my take: Itty-bitty Caterpillar Ride mini for a very close friend's son who loves caterpillars (and that was the starting point of course):
Well, the inside pages don't really go with the color challenge but keeping my fingers crossed that this quick (yep, 3 hours or so :) - quite obvious from the tons of stickers) mini is accepted! Let me run you through the pages:
I had to rely on the leftover Printasticks and alpha stickers I had :( {NOTE to self --- if I want to create albums I must order some alpha dies!!}
Tried a baragello technique here (inspiration from SCS of course!):
