Hello there!
Going by the comments on the previous post, I know I am not in many people's memories :( but I still decided to update the blog today. I haven't done any crafting for a month and definitely not blogged for longer. Here is an explosion box that I created for an aunt's 50th birthday:
The explosion:
And a close up view:
The ideas are inspired by Pinterest mostly. The empty squares are for pictures and favorite moments of her special day. She loves handmade cards and items so this was the best gift I could think up for her.
I am submitting this "Magic Box" for the September Challenge up at the Itsy Bitsy blog - the Big B challenge - and my project uses 2 of the 4 Bs - Bling and Bow. It feels nice to take part in a challenge after months!
The glitter strips are Pie Lane; buttons are from my stash; Papers are Echo Park and Pink Paisley.
See you around...
Smita
