Green and mauve

Yes, i did tell you I won't be around for a week. Still at mom's but I had to make a card. I've not been feeling well since yesterday and this simple card helped in making me feel a little better. :)

PS: I have no craft supplies here ;-) I bought the punch here a couple of days ago... ribbon and lace from mom's raided cupboard... and the green paper is reused from a money envelope ;-)

    Wow is that beautiful Smita! The lace looks like grapes! (LOVE IT!) and the punch is gorgeous with the woven ribbon. Hope you're feeling better. Don't worry, I'm back to cutesy tomorrow with BBTB2. LOL xxD

    hey me too at my mum's place this week, with no craft supplies,thinking of making a card using old wedding invites and her stash :P.
    your card is lovely, this is one of my fav colors combos for card, love the ribbon through the punched pattern!

    CheapJack is overloaded with ribbons/zari/laces and buttons. I din buy laces/ribbons from there cos they r available amply in Delhi's Kinari Bazar. Some buttons were more like cute embellishments than real ones.
    I think it really is worth a visit. It closes for lunch from 2 to 3. And funny thing being, it has haording of Fevicryl Hobby Ideas :D.
